Hi, I'm a little bit confuse with the settings. I want to schedule every quarter of the year to archive all the emails of all users. Question is: 1. Do i need to setup another Archive Store dedicated only to say for 1st Qtr, 2nd Qtr, 3 Qtr, and 4th Qtr? 2. When setting up new Archive Store, should I create new Database in my SQL, let say database name MailArchive1QTR, MailArchive2QTR, etc etc? 3. Where should I setup the period of archiving, say Jan 1 - Mar 31 for Archive Store 1st Qtr, and so on and so forth. Is it automatic that when April 1 starts it will automatically throw the archive in the Archive Store 2nd Qtr? and so on.... Please enlighten me. Thanks Deriuz
