Hi BenN, i) We would like to investigate your issue further, can you please send us your troubleshooter files as indicated in the following link: http://forums.gfi.com/Read_this_first/m_900727063/tm.htm ii) Can you also send us some logging from your Event Viewer? To do this: i. Open your Event Viewer. ii. Select Application Log and click File -> "Save Log File As..." iii. Save the log file to the desktop in evt format. iv. Do the same for the System Log, zip up and send me both log files. Thanks!

I am also getting the same messages. I can't seem to keep this archiver running. It will run for weeks then just stop archiving. I have build 20060315.

Hi I got the same problem. This started to happen since I have upgraded to 20060315. I have noticed there are three large (over 100 MB) file in the pickup folder. This files appeared after I have converted one PST file using eewiz. These file are of type QUEUEI. I stopped (set the GFI services to manual and then rebooted the server) the GFI services and moved these three file to a temp location then restarted the services. Everything is working ok now. Why eewiz converted these three messages to very large txt files. Please let me know. Sukumar

I've had some partial success - the issue seems to be a handful of old messages that were "undeletable" in the archive mailbox. It ran successfully for about 10 hours and then stalled. I'm researching the stalling.

I am wondering if this issue got resolved for anybody? I am getting the same thing on the new build. It is obviously being stuck on some message. The 6206 is always followed by 1023 error about an error rendering a message. Is there a way to find this message using the message id? Thanks, Arthur

Hi Arthur Can you please provide more details about that 1023 error? Also we need a full event message text since event id only signifies the origin of the error.
