I just installed WebMon4 (20080226).
I elected to block all other files. www.yahoo.com would load fine, however mail.yahoo.com would not. One would assume this is because mail.yahoo.com serves unknown content-types, however, the message displayed on screen was that it was blocked due to text/html (which is ridiculous given that it's the first allow type and yahoo.com loads fine). "Default Download Control Policy Blocked Content-type: text/html"
These are the content types on the page. When All Other Files is set to allow it loads just fine. I have full headers if needed.
