GFI EndPoint Security v4 /W2K3 network & clients

I have been able to successfully deploy the agent to most clients except for a handfull.  The ones that I haven't been able to deploy them too all produce the same error message, as shown below.

Checking if computer is online...
Collecting information...
Preparing the update fies....
Copying updates...
Failed to copy the files to the remote computer.  (Not enough server storage is available to process this command.)

Storage is not an issue on the server.  I can sometimes get around this by restarting the client computer but is there another way to do this?  I hate having to contact the user and request for them to restart their computer.

I am also seeing this problem in the test environment below:

GFIESEC 4.0 v. 20080215 on W2K3 R2, SP1
agent on WinXP Pro SP2

Initially, I deployed the agent blocking use of USB Storage Devices, which worked. Then I tried to allow use but couldn't successfully deploy. The message "Failed to copy the files to the remote computer.  (Not enough server storage is available to process this command)" I have rebooted the client station several times.

I finally tried to un-deploy the agent, but this failed with 'Agent Status' showing 'Up-to-date' as "No (Un-installation pending)".

Hello Kenyon,

When you reproduce this error please go to Start > Run  and in the run box enter \\NameofAgentMachine\C$. Are you able to access the administrative share or do you receive the same error?

If you receive the same error I would recommend that you check to see what could be causing this error. If you are able to access the administrative share please check the credentials that are being used to deploy the agent. This can be done in the protection policy the agent machine is located in under "Logging and Alerting".
