Can I add mails to a whitelist via Outlook Web Access running on Exchange 2007? I cannot drag and drop an e-mail in OWA to a Public Folder. If this is possible, then hear from you.

Turn on Remote Commands if not already and then:

1. Create new email
2. Send to: rcommands@mailessentials.com
3. Leave subject blank
4. In body:  ADDWLIST:AddressToAdd@domain.com
5. Send

neowam,

With OWA in Exchange 2007 you should be able to do this via Public Folder Scanning.  In OWA 2007 you are able to move messages from folders in your Inbox to public folders.  To do this you need to right click on the message and select "Copy To Folder".  This will open a second window where you can select the folder to move the item to.  You would want to copy this to your GFI Anti-Spam Public Folders > Add To Whitelist.
