The activity log is saved in a simple .csv file in C:\Program Files\Webmonitor\GFI\Interface\App_Data\WMActivities.csv

If you stop Gfi Webmonitor, you can copy the old WMActivities.csv, rename it to WMActivities.csv_old and then delete everything but the TOP line in the file.

Start Gfi Webmonitor again, and you have a fresh activity log.

You need to stop the Webmon service while you do it. Have you done that? - If yes, you need to use Sysinternals process explorer to find out what process is locking the file. Find the handle and kill it.

This will allow you to rename the file.

I do this with the following command:
net stop "GFI Webmonitor"
then I try to rename the file or modify it, but it was unable.

I try to stop the service with the Management console and the result was the same.

Does the net stop command complete successfully?  Also, the Microsoft Firewall Service could have some influence on keeping this file locked.
