Hi,
I am able to add users (from DC) individually on the Web Filter Policy with efective filtering, but when I add a Group of users that also belongs to that DOMAIN no filter is applied (failed filtering), why?
I am unsing isa 2004 sp3 spanish and webmonitor 4.

Its' a bug in WebMonitor. Developers promised to fix it a year ago but didn't.
Try to create local groups at the server that include needed groups form AD. Maybe it will help.

Does not work.
Its really a shame that such a product can't perform so simple (and fundamental) task. In my case I have about 30 groups of users and don't have time for adjutst it to this bug.
I can't even imagine those users moving from one group to another... another nightmare.

In a review of current cases, we have at least one other incident of this issue. We are currently testing some resolutions to correct this. If you would like to obtain the patched code, we would need you to submit a trouble ticket at http://support.gfi.com. It may be easiest if you reference CAS-78280 in your communication with us.

Maras,
Please upgrade to the latest build of GFI WebMonitor first. For many users, this is resolving the issue.
