1.  IS there a way to delgate certian functions of the administrative website.  I want to allow the helpdesk to add websites to the whitelist but I don't want them in the policy filter.

2.  I have a whitelist that is created for ISA 2004.  Is there a way to import the list into GFI?

thanks.

There is currently no way to delegate tasks within our web interface to other users.

In regards to importing the whitelist:
The only option we have is to manually edit the GFI WebMonitor configuration files.  You would need to edit the exported whitelist into the format we require and then paste the lines into the config files.  This procedure is strongly not recommended.
