Hi all,

We are using WebMonitor 2009 (demo) with a view to replacing our current ISA AV software. However we aren't able to update the AV engines because WebMon is passing data to out Websense server with the source IP address 127.0.0.1 which obviously isn't helpful! Is there anyway to force the update source as the configured IP address?

Is WebSense installed directly on the Microsoft ISA server along with GFI WebMonitor?

Websense is installed on another server. Not to worry now though because we got it working. I found a kb article and create a regkey to pass the correct details.
