64 bit upgrade

Status: offline 		I am currently running Marc5 on a dedicated 32 bit machine, Exchange 2007 is on a separate dedicated 64 bit server.  Would there be any advantage to doing an upgrade on the Marc server to 64 bit?  Any "gotchas" in doing so?

Status: offline 		No...separate servers.  They will remain separate.  I am asking specifically about the 32 bit OS that Marc5 is now on.

Status: offline 		You mean upgrading the OS to 64bit and then GFI MailArchiver to 64bit? If so then you may not see any improvements in performance because the 64bit parts of the program are there to provide compatibility for Exchange 2007
