Hi,
I'm trying to setup dircetory harvesting protection but the 'use native active directory look-ups' is greyed out.
I suspect this may be linked to the fact that I am only getting 60% spam detection - despite fairly severe rules.
Can anyone suggest where I can get this option enabled???

The option to 'Use natice active directory look-ips will be greyed out if GFI MailEssentials is installed on a machine which is not part of Active Driectory. In this case you need to configure LDAP to perform the look-ups as explained in the knowledge base article: http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID002433

I am having the issue. But I have Active Directory enabled in Mail Security, located on the same machine. Even when doing a reinstall of Mail Essentials I do not have the choice to use Active Directory. Is there a way to enable Active Directory?
