It states to uninstall previous version of WebMonitor before installing the latest v2 plugin.

Where do I uninstall the previous version, it does not show up in ADD/REMOVE Programs.

If its not in Add/remove programs just unregister lgmon.dll from isa directory like this:
"regsvr32.exe lgmon.dll /u" then restart proxy and delete this file thats all.
However new monitor should detect presence of old webmonitor and it should give you option to remove old version.
