I have a problem running setup program of GFI Web Monitor on our server which hosts the ISA server and also functions as the primary DC for our network. When I double-click on the installer's icon, a message appears stating "Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable"
Needless to say that no such log file exists and my Hard drive is surely writable.
I have to mention that I had no problem installing web monitor on an ISA server dedicated computer. Setup program seems to have problems
running on this special server configuration.
Any help would be great.

Did you ever resolve this problem. I just had it, and was a permissions problem with the TEMP folder on the local HD. Nothing to do with the GFI install
