I can view all HTTP traphic, but there is no FTP traphic lists anywhere. I'm sure that FTP protocol is enabled and working fine through ISA server. Please help!

ftp traffic will be visible only if you will use
IE and proxy server for folder view.. i.e. proxy will make ftp connections and it will serve folder ftp view as html page.
Go to IE. settings Tools> internet options...>>Advanced
and disable check box Enable folder view for ftp sites.
Also Proxy settings should be pointed to use proxy also for ftp protocol.
