Hello everybody,

I hope i can find some help here. I recently installed GFI MailArchiver 6 on our DC.
The installation went through just fine without any errors.

MailArchiver is located on the IIS inside the Default Website with the following URL:

http://localhost/MailArchiver

I can log on with the user Administrator@domain.tld and in the Status it says "User Authenticated: Domain\Administrator".

But as soon as it gets to loading the data services it fails.

I get the Error "Failed to connect with the data services. View Details" displayed in the status.
Clicking on "View Details" is showing me a GFI MailArchiver - Load Error with the following message:

Failed to connect with the data services (Error code: 500).

Authentication error (Authentifizierungsfehler - for us, because we are using MAR installed in German)

Is there any way to test the connection to the database?

I never got to the config-page yet.

I hope somebody out there can help us solving that Problem.

If anybody needs any further information, feel free to ask.
