Having an issue printing to Mita FS-1010 printer attached via USB. Device Control log as been sent via e-mail.
Printer was working correctly before deployment, get a print error after deployment and reboot. System can see it, not warnings come up when printing, other than unable to print.

Please check out if you have the latest build installed (18/10/2004). If not please install it and check out if the issue is reproducible.
If you have the latest build installed and the issue is still reproducible then pls do the following steps:
-stop the �GFI LANguard P.S.C. 2.0. agent service� (from the computer where the issue is encountered)
-copy the fdevctrl.dll file (attached) into �%system drive%\Program Files\GFI\LANguard Portable Storage Control 2.0 Agent� folder
-delete the logs from �%system drive%\Program Files\GFI\LANguard Portable Storage Control 2.0 Agent\Debug� folder
-start the �GFI LANguard P.S.C. 2.0. agent service�
-try to reproduce the issue
-send me please the devicectrl.log file to viorel@gfitemasoft.com
