Hi,

Since there is no forum for Download Security (yeat I hope), i'll put my question here instead.

I'm evaluating this software now and find it useful, but have som questions.

If i want do block, let say a .pdf file how can that be done? Because when I have created a file rule that only block .pdf files and then go to ex. http://h200005.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00065011/c00065011.pdf
It's open it, is there any way to do this with Download Security?

2. If I would like Download Security to automatic choose the "Save to disk" button after a scan of a downloaded file, is that possible?

Hi Fredrik,

1. DownloadSecurity will only check downloaded content who have a Content-type that is listed in the DownloadSecurity Web filter. Check the following knowledgebase articles for more information:

2. There is no way to configure DownloadSecurity to select Save to Disk automatically.
